Our Practitioners

Christine Ellis, Acupuncture Physician AP, Dipl.Ac, LMT
State licensed and certified by the NCCAOM, Christine has worked in the healing arts since 1991 and is the founder of A Centre for Wholistic Wellness. She has successfully studied Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture. Christine specializes in a painless, gentle style of Five-Element Japanese acupuncture called Toyohari, and continues her education throughout the U.S. and Japan studying with many masters of Japanese tradition.

Beth Michelson LMT
Beth has been practicing massage since 1986. She is certified as a TragerĀ® practitioner, in Belavi facial massage, as a Pilates instructor, and in Nutritional Consulting. The TragerĀ® Approach is a system of non-intrusive movements: lifting, rocking, cradling and stretching, done to different body areas to ease muscle tension and relax the nervous system.

Jeannin Thibodeau LMT
Practicing massage and instructing yoga since 1992, Jeannin has advanced training in Myofascial Release, Pregnancy Massage and sound therapy. A massage session with Jeannin may include acupressure with weighted, vibrating tuning forks and aromatherapy. Patients with injuries, headaches and other types of pain and stress receive great benefit from Jeannin's massages.

She also offers individual and group yoga sessions appropriate for all levels. Tibetan singing bowls or bells may be used for sound therapy at the beginning, midpoint or end of a therapy or yoga session.
